Questions we get asked
- What happens if we stop paying?
- Your data stays and your workspace keeps working, at the Starter allowance. You can export all of it at any time. We do not delete an agency's records for non-payment.
- Can we use our own domain?
- Yes, on Growth and above. You point a hostname at us, we verify it, and your public site answers on it with your branding.
- Can another agency see our data?
- No. Separation is enforced in the database itself, not only in application code, and it is covered by tests that fail our build if it ever stops holding.
- Do we have to migrate our process to yours?
- No — that is the point. Your pipelines, stages, required fields, roles and automations are settings you control.
