Real Estate CRM

Terms of service

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. This page sets out the sections this document needs and what our system actually does. The binding wording is settled before launch and this notice is removed then.

What the service is

A hosted CRM for real estate agencies. Each agency gets a private workspace, a public website, and the ability to configure its own pipelines, fields, roles and automations.

Accounts and access

  • A new member of an agency is inactive until an administrator of that agency approves them.
  • An agency decides who may join, what each role may do, and which records each role may see.
  • Account credentials are personal. An agency is responsible for who it grants access to.

Your data is yours

An agency keeps ownership of everything it puts into the system. We process it to provide the service and for nothing else — we do not sell it, and we do not use one agency’s data to build features for another.

An export of all of an agency’s data is available at any time, including after the subscription ends.

Demo environments

A demo is a real, private workspace seeded with example data. It is deleted automatically six hours after it is created and cannot be recovered. Do not put real client data into a demo.

Demo environments do not send email or push notifications to anybody.

Billing

  • Plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. We never see card details.
  • Plan limits are checked when something new is created, never applied retroactively. Downgrading keeps existing records and stops new ones beyond the limit.
  • On failed payment the workspace becomes read-only after a grace period. Data is not deleted for non-payment.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the system to store data you have no lawful basis to hold.
  • Do not use it to send unsolicited marketing. The system sends transactional messages on an agency’s behalf.
  • Do not attempt to access another agency’s data, or to probe the separation between agencies.

Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and publish planned maintenance in advance. Any service level commitment is set out in the agreement for the relevant plan.

Ending the agreement

An agency may cancel at any time and keeps access until the end of the paid period, with an export available. We may end the agreement for non-payment or for a breach of acceptable use, with notice and time to export.

Changes to these terms

Material changes are notified before they take effect. The date at the top of this page is when the wording last changed.
